Black Widow also received her own solo movie in 2021, which explored her backstory and brought her character to the forefront.

Agent Peggy Carter (played by Hayley Atwell): Agent Carter first appeared in "Captain America: The First Avenger" (2011) as a British agent who helps Steve Rogers (Captain America) fight the Nazis. She later appeared in her own TV series, "Agent Carter," which ran for two seasons and further developed her character.

Gamora (played by Zoe Saldana): Gamora is a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy and the adopted daughter of the villain Thanos. She plays a key role in the events of "Guardians of the Galaxy" (2014) and its sequel, and she also appears in "Avengers: Infinity War" (2018) and "Avengers: Endgame" (2019).

Wanda Maximoff (played by Elizabeth Olsen): Wanda, also known as Scarlet Witch, was introduced in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" (2015) as a member of the Avengers with the power to manipulate reality. She plays a major role in "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame" and also appears in her own Disney+ series, "WandaVision."

Okoye (played by Danai Gurira): Okoye is the leader of the Dora Milaje, an all-female special forces unit that protects the king of Wakanda in "Black Panther" (2018). She also appears in "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame."

Captain Marvel (played by Brie Larson): Captain Marvel was introduced in her own solo movie in 2019 and quickly became one of the most powerful characters in the MCU. She also appears in "Avengers: Endgame" and is set to play a major role in future films.
